Quick refrigerator PICKLES!

Pickled blackberries serve over Milk & Honey Ice Cream

Pickling Mix: 3 Cups Apple cider vinegar + 2 Cups plain sugar + 1 Cup water
2 Pints Blackberries
1 Pint Milk & Honey

  1. Heat pickling mix thoroughly, just to allow salt and/or sugar to dissolve then remove from heat. If you want a quick pickle you can use the mixture while still warm (use caution that the mix is not so hot it would cause the glass jar to break) or allow to cool completely if your plan is long term pickle. Ready to enjoy in 10 minutes! Can be held for 2‐3 Months in the refrigerator.

Pickled carrots

Pickling Mix: 2 Cups White vinegar + .5 Cup sugar + .5 Cup water + glass mason jar
1 green chile
1/4 sweet onion sliced
3 garlic cloves
2 Bunch Carrots

  1. Heat pickling mix thoroughly, just to allow salt and/or sugar to dissolve then remove from heat.
  2. If you want a quick pickle you can use the mixture while still warm (use caution that the mix is not so hot it would cause the glass jar to break) or allow to cool completely if your plan is long term pickle. Let sit in the refrigerator for 7 days before enjoying, will hold 2‐3 months in refrige.

Pickled cucumbers

2 Cups White vinegar + 3/4 Cup Water + 1 T Sugar + .5 T Salt + .25 T black peppercorns + .25 Corriander seeds + 1 bay leaf + glass mason jar
2‐4 Cucumbers
1/4 sweet onion sliced
½ bunch dill

  1. Heat pickling mix thoroughly, just to allow salt and/or sugar to dissolve then remove from heat. If you want a quick pickle you can use the mixture while still warm (use caution that the mix is not so hot it would cause the glass jar to break) or allow to cool completely if your plan is long term pickle. 1/4 Vidalia onion sliced

1‐2 pints sun gold/ yellow pear/ cherry tomatoes
