Nick's experience includes Atlanta faves Rosebud, Parish, and Empire State South. Venkman's uses the best quality ingredients and serves wild and sustainable seafood, humanely raised poultry, grass-fed free range meats, and local produce whenever possible. Nick applies his fine dining background to family recipes at Venkman's, where you can enjoy amazing food and drinks with eclectic live music, to boot. Nick's Doux South Pickles are always finding their way into the dishes too.
